Out into the light
Having endured the hardest, darkest, winter to date, we’re counting down the minutes to extra sunlight and Spring.

Happy New Year!
Today we head back to Seattle for a routine follow-up with Emma’s rheum team after a quiet month of stable labs.

There and back again
We’re back in Seattle for an overnight infusion — going home tomorrow if her numbers look good!

Dark, scary, lonely places
We took Emma to urgent care on November 14, 2023 to treat an infection. They sent us directly to Seattle Children’s Hospital where we learned Emma was severely anemic.
Thank you
To everyone who has followed our journey and supported us along the way with prayer, community, or gifts to brighten a dark day — thank you! We wouldn’t be here without you.
